"I choose to work with clinics, hospitals and wellness industry as I feel more connected to human suffering than to get a personal enlightment."
From Everest basecamp in Nepal to Spanish islands my human body is traveling again & again to seek the higher self.
My mental thirst led me to Freud's practices to Paul Klee's creations.
When i sit to reflect and write about my long journeys in my short life,
I keep little stones in the book that I collected on the ways.
I have climbed Guava and Coconut trees in my family garden & learned swimming in the river Ganges with my mother who was a mathematics teacher in Darjeeling. My father though a banker was a reputed mountaineer of our state,
taught me the discipline, hard work & adventure for unknown.
Instead doing an MBA and Business Studies, I studied Philisophy, Logic, Psycology, history and literature.
My childhood hobby of yoga, bodybuilding & mountaineering lead me towards Ayurveda.
After completing my studies i lived in Ashrams and studied Meditation,
Yoga & Ayurveda - offers were there to become monk in Indian-Vedic-Traditions.
But I choose to work with clinics, hospitals and wellness industry as I feel more connected to human suffering than to get a personal enlightment.
For the last 12 years I am working as an Ayurveda Therapist, Meditation & Yoga Teacher.
I also wrote a book on Parkinson Disease from my experience In a Neurological Ward in a german Hospital.
